UNICORN and the dependencies can be installed using the CTLports makefiles:

   --enable-optimize-p1 --disable-ublas --with-petsc --with-petsc-dir=/home/alarcher/KTH/PETSc3.1

UNICORN: 

   ./configure --prefix=/home/alarcher/KTH/UNICORN
